WHAT YOU NEED

  • Frying pan and pot
  • Butter
  • Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Chicken parmesan comes fully assembled and ready to heat or freeze
  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • Uncover chicken parmesan and bake in oven for 20-25 mins, until cheese is hot and bubbly
  • Boil generously salted water for pasta
  • Add pasta and boil until al dente, about 7-8 minutes
  • Drain in colander and run cool water over pasts to halt the cooking process
  • Transfer to large bowl and toss pasta in 1 TBSP olive oil to prevent clumping
  • In a saucepan, heat 4 TBSP butter, 1 cup half and half and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, stirring constantly
  • Once combined and heated through, pour over pasts and toss
  • Add more parmesan and chopped basil
  • Serve and enjoy
