  • Minced scallions

  • Salt & pepper
  • Asparagus

  • Pan for frying
  • Pot for boiling water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fish cakes come assembled  
  • Heat Olive oil in a pan and add the fish cakes.  
  • Fry till golden brown, about 3-4 mins per side.  
  • Boil salted water and add the asparagus, boiling for 2-3 mins, just until al dente & bright green.
  • Remove to a colander and run under cold water to halt the cooking process.  
  • Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt & pepper.
  • Serve with Hollandaise Sauce and Enjoy!
