INSTRUCTIONS
- Fish cakes come assembled
- Heat Olive oil in a pan and add the fish cakes.
- Fry till golden brown, about 3-4 mins per side.
- Boil salted water and add the asparagus, boiling for 2-3 mins, just until al dente & bright green.
- Remove to a colander and run under cold water to halt the cooking process.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt & pepper.
- Serve with Hollandaise Sauce and Enjoy!
