INGREDIENTS

  • Rigatoni pasta
  • Olive oil
  • Bread crumbs
  • Garlic
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Sundried tomatoes in oil (drained)
  • Heavy cream
  • Goat cheese
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt & pepper

WHAT YOU GET

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Small bowl
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Foil
  • Oven to heat mac & cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Bring mac & cheese to room temperature
  • In a small bowl, toss the breadcrumbs with 1 tbsp. Olive oil; set aside
  • Heat covered mac  for 5- 10 mins, or until the mac is heated through
  • Remove from oven, remove foil and top mac with the breadcrumb & oil mixture
  • Return mac to oven and bake uncovered till the breadcrumbs turn golden brown, about 8- 10 mins.
