INGREDIENTS
- Rigatoni pasta
- Olive oil
- Bread crumbs
- Garlic
- Red pepper flakes
- Sundried tomatoes in oil (drained)
- Heavy cream
- Goat cheese
- Nutmeg
- Salt & pepper
WHAT YOU GET

WHAT YOU NEED
- Small bowl
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Foil
- Oven to heat mac & cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
- Bring mac & cheese to room temperature
- In a small bowl, toss the breadcrumbs with 1 tbsp. Olive oil; set aside
- Heat covered mac for 5- 10 mins, or until the mac is heated through
- Remove from oven, remove foil and top mac with the breadcrumb & oil mixture
- Return mac to oven and bake uncovered till the breadcrumbs turn golden brown, about 8- 10 mins.
