  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • Parmesan
  • Thyme
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Potatoes
  • Squash
  • Zuchinni
  • Carrots

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Sautee pan or grill
  • Pot for boiling
  • 2 cookie sheets lined with 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Generously season chicken with salt and pepper
  • Brown chicken on both sides on medium-high heat in olive oil or on a grill
  • Remove to a plate and cover
  • Meanwhile, boil water in a pot and parboil whole new potatoes for 6 minutes or until barely fork tender
  • Preheat oven to 375F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray
  • Arrange parboiled potatoes on 1 baking sheet
  • Arrange julienned veggies tossed in 1 TBSP olive oil and salt and pepper to taste on the other baking sheet
  • Roast the veggies in a 375F oven for 20 minutes
  • Roast the potatoes in a 375F oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and done
  • Add Truly Tasteful Sun Dried Tomato Sauce to the chicken pan and heat through, scraping up any brown bits from the chicken
  • Return chicken to the pan and turn chicken to cover in sun dried tomato sauce
  • Heat through together
  • Serve and enjoy!
