Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Orange Sesame Asparagus & Roasted Peanut & Scallion Rice

A sweet & savory flavored 30 minute marinade takes pork tenderloin to another level!  Add char & zip to elegant asparagus by cooking in a grill pan & finishing with an orange zest infused honey - sesame sauce.  Jazz up rice with roasted peanuts & chopped scallions.

  • Brown sugar
  • Soy sauce

  • Orange juice & zest
  • Sesame oil

  • Sliced pork tenderloin medallions
  • Truly Tasteful brown sugar, soy sauce & ginger pork marinade
  • Asparagus
  • Truly Tasteful sesame honey orange asparagus marinade
  • Chopped scallions
  • Rice
  • Roasted peanuts

  • Cooking spray
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper


  • Combine pork marinade & pork medallions in a large ziploc and marinate in the fridge for 30 mins.  
  • Boil water & oil for rice.  
  • Add rice to boiling water, cover and lower heat to low & cook for 20 mins.  
  • Remove rice from heat and fluff with fork.
  • Heat a grill or sautee pan over medium - high heat.  
  • Coat heated pan with cooking spray.  
  • Remove pork medallions from marinade, sprinkle with S&P.  
  • Add pork medallions to pan and cook 2 mins per side.  
  • Remove pork from pan and return pan to medium - high heat.  
  • Coat asparagus with cooking spray and add ½ of the asparagus to pan.  
  • Cook for 3 mins, or until crisp- tender, turning occasionally.  
  • Place asparagus in a bowl and repeat with remaining asparagus.  
  • Microwave Truly Tasteful Asparagus sauce for 1 min, or until slightly thickened.  
  • Add to asparagus and toss with sesame seeds.
  • Toss rice with roasted peanuts, chopped scallions & 1 tbsp sesame oil
