  • Corn
  • Corn salad dressing (lime juice, lemon juice, cumin, chili powder)
  • Herb marinade (basil, cilantro, rosemary, oregano, dill, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, complete seasoning, olive oil, S&P)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Feta
  • Cumin seeds

WHAT YOU NEED

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat oven to 400 F
  • Place marinated flank steak on a parchment lined baking sheet.  
  • Roast flank steak for 10 mins, or till desired temperature.
  • Heat fire roasted corn kernels in a small pot.  
  • Remove to a bowl and toss with halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion & Feta cheese, chopped cilantro and corn salad dressing
