  • APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
  • KETCHUP
  • SOY SAUCE
  • GRANULATED SUGAR
  • GARLIC SALT
  • CORNSTARCH
  • JASMINE RICE

WHAT YOU GET

  • 3 BEATEN EGGS

WHAT YOU NEED

  • GALLON SIZE ZIPLOC
  • FRYING PAN
  • OLIVE OIL
  • SALT
  • oven safe baking dish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • HEAT OIL IN A SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH.  
  • SAUTEE DICED RED & GREEN PEPPERS TILL JUST FORK TENDER.
  • REMOVE FROM HEAT & KEEP WARM.
  • PLACE  1 IN. DICED CHICKEN IN A ZIPLOC
  • ADD CORNSTARCH
  • CLOSE ZIPLOC AND TOSS TO COAT.  
  • IN A SHALLOW DISH, WHISK 3 EGGS TOGETHER
  • DIP THE CORNSTARCH DREDGED CHICKEN PIECES INTO THE BEATEN EGG, COATING BOTH SIDES THEN TRANSFER CHICKEN TO THE SKILLET.  
  • COOK CHICKEN ABOUT 30 SECONDS PER SIDE OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  • REMOVE TO 9 X 13 BAKING DISH AND KEEP WARM.  
  • ADD TRULY TASTEFUL SWEET & SOUR SAUCE TO THE CHICKEN PAN AND HEAT THROUGH, scraping up any brown bits.
  • ONCE HEATED THROUGH,  POUR HEATED SAUCE OVER CHICKEN
  • ADD SAUTEED RED & GREEN PEPPERS
  • TRANSFER TO BAKING DISH AND BAKE UNCOVERED FOR 1 HOUR AT 325 DEGREES, TURNING CHICKEN & PEPPERS TWICE WHILE BAKING TO CONTINUE COATING THEM  IN SWEET & SOUR SAUCE.
  • BOIL SALTED OILED WATER FOR RICE.  
  • ADD RICE TO WATER, RETURN TO BOIL, COVER, REDUCE HEAT AND COOK FOR 20 MINS.  
  • REMOVE FROM HEAT, FLUFF WITH FORK AND SERVE.
