  • Salmon
  • Quinoa
  • Carrots
  • Red bell pepper
  • Red cabbage
  • Edamame
  • Peanuts
  • Soy sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Sesame oil
  • Lime juice

WHAT YOU GET

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Rub salmon with olive oil & sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  • Preheat broiler to high, leave baking sheet in oven as it preheats.  
  • Remove HOT baking sheet from oven, spray with cooking spray and place salmon, skin side down, on preheated baking sheet & broil on high for 3-4 mins.  
  • Remove salmon from oven and let rest.
  • Warm fully cooked quinoa on stovetop or microwave.  
  • Divide heated quinoa into bowls & top with carrots, diced bell pepper, edamame, shredded cabbage & broiled salmon.
  • Sprinkle chopped peanuts over salmon & top with Truly Tasteful creamy soy- peanut dressing
