INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fricase de Pollo and maduros come completely cooked and ready to be heated in the oven
  • Heat at 375 degrees covered until warmed through, about 20 minutes
  • Meanwhile, boil water for rice
  • Add rice, salt and olive oil
  • Cover and reduce heat to low
  • Cook for 20 minutes
  • Fluff rice with a fork immediately once rice is done
