INGREDIENTS

  • Rigatoni pasta
  • Olive Oil
  • Bread crumbs
  • Garlic
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)
  • Heavy cream
  • Goat cheese
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt & Pepper

WHAT YOU GET

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Small bowl
  • Olive oil
  • Aluminum foil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Bring mac & cheese to room temperature
  • In a small bowl, toss the breadcrumbs with 1 tbsp. olive oil; set aside
  • Heat covered mac for 5-10 minutes or until heated through
  • Remove from oven, remove foil and top mac with breadcrumb & oil mixture
  • Return mac to oven and bake uncovered until breadcrumbs turn golden brown, about 8-10 minutes
